Exam policy

This policy allows everyone to immerse themselves fully in the examination experience while maintaining the integrity and fairness of the process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a suitable atmosphere for all learners.

A well-lit room. A well-lit environment is essential so that every detail is captured and conveyed clearly through your webcam.

Electronic device restrictions. No cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, audio devices, or any other electronic devices are allowed in the room or test area, except for the device used to take the test.

No other browsers or unauthorized software. Use only the exam window that opens for the test. Using any other browsers, software, applications, artificial intelligence, or technologies is not allowed. Only one screen is permitted during the test; using any other screens, monitors, or display devices is strictly prohibited.

Clear exam area. Make sure your testing area is tidy, with no papers, books, or other objects except the test device.

Take the exam independently. Complete the exam on your own, with no one else around to divert your attention. Communication is off-limits, so refrain from speaking or gesturing to others during the test.

No communication. No communicating with other individuals — whether verbal, non-verbal, or electronic. Notify family or housemates of your exam in advance.

Stay on camera. Remain fully visible on the webcam throughout the test to maintain the integrity of your testing environment.

Emergency. If an unexpected situation arises, communicate promptly with the examiner to ensure a smooth process.
