The CPR course provides participants with the essential skills needed to respond confidently when a person’s heart or breathing has stopped. Through a combination of instruction, guided demonstrations, and hands-on practice, learners develop the ability to recognize cardiac and breathing emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, give effective rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
This training builds strong practical confidence and prepares individuals to act quickly, safely, and effectively in life-threatening situations involving adults, children, or infants. By completing this course, participants gain the knowledge and readiness to make a critical difference when every second counts.
Duration & formats
- In-class training: about 4 hours, or
- Blended training: about 2 hours online plus 2 hours in-class practical
- Recertification: about 3 hours in-class, or 2 hours online plus 1 hour in-class practical
