How long does it take to get my certificate? After passing the final exam, your full-size and wallet-size certificates are emailed to you — most participants receive theirs within one hour. Please print and save a copy. Your course access lasts 30 days, so download your PDF course book before it expires.
How many exam attempts do I get? You must score 70% or higher to pass. If you don’t pass, you may retake the exam unlimited times within your 30-day access period. After 30 days, you must repurchase the course to continue.
Can I get help during the final exam? No. You cannot use notes, books, or outside assistance. Anyone found cheating will be removed from the course and required to repurchase and retake it.
What are the technical requirements? You can take the course on any device with internet access — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
